Shipping
GCMC through its parent company plans and arranges for shipment of cocoa beans to all destinations.
It is also involved in the preparation and presentation of shipping documentation, through buyers' banks for payment. In collaboration with shipping, insurance and destination inspection companies, all cocoa contracts are shipped based on the terms of the contract. The shipping department operates from Ghana (Accra, Tema and Takoradi).
GCMC UK also liaises with the Shipping and Documentation Department in Cocoa Marketing Company Ghana on buyers' complaints regarding shipping documents.
